How We Work

Consultation

This is the first meeting between the interior designer and the client. During this stage, the designer gathers information about the client's requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. The client's needs, the intended use of the space, and any existing issues or limitations are discussed.

Space Planning & Concept Development

Space Planning & Concept Development

In this stage, the designer develops detailed floor plans that outline the arrangement of furniture, fixtures, and other elements within the space. Space planning ensures that the design is functional, efficient, and meets the specific needs of the client. Based on the information gathered in the initial consultation, the interior designer creates a design concept that reflects the client's vision and goals. This concept may include the overall theme, color schemes, style references, and an initial layout plan.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

The interior designer provides the client with a detailed cost estimate for the project. This includes the expenses associated with materials, labor, furnishings, and any additional services required.

Design Development

Once the space planning is approved, the designer delves deeper into the details. This involves selecting specific furniture pieces, materials, finishes, lighting fixtures, and other decorative elements that align with the concept. To help the client visualize the design more accurately, the interior designer may create 3D renderings or mood boards. These visual tools allow the client to see how the space will look once it's completed and make any necessary adjustments before moving forward.

Material Sourcing & Team Alignment

During this stage, the designer identifies and sources the materials, furniture, accessories, and other items needed for the project. They hire required teams for the space like civil and electrical contractors, carpenters, painters, and other relevant teams.

Implementation & Project Management

Implementation & Project Management

Once the design is approved, the actual work begins. This involves coordinating with contractors, tradespeople, and vendors to execute the design plan, which may include construction, painting, installation of furnishings, and other tasks. Throughout the implementation phase, the interior designer oversees the project to ensure everything is progressing according to plan, and any issues or challenges are addressed promptly.

Final Styling & Decoration

The last stage involves adding finishing touches, such as decorative accessories, artwork, textiles, and plants, to complete the space and create a polished and inviting ambiance.
